Please schedule your shoot 4-6 weeks in advance.

In the event of inclement weather you will be notified within two hours of your photo shoot time to reschedule.

Shoot Fees are non-refundable. The amount of the photo shoot should be sent in advance as a retainer to hold your photo shoot date. A print deposit of $250 is then due at the time of your photo shoot.

For gift certificate clients: You still must send a retainer. The retainer is representative of the cost of the shoot. The retainer will later be used toward the print purchase of the gift certificate client.

Travel Fees are $100 per hour out of the general area of the studio.

Please only bring persons who will be in your photographs to the shoot. Multiple “helpers” will distract the subjects and interfere with Shelley’s style and ability to capture her subjects.

Do not bring sick, hungry or tired children. Your photographs will suffer, and so will we =). Please reschedule your appointment if you have a sick child.

24 hour notice is required to reschedule your photo shoot. Canceling without any notice will result in the loss of your retainer.

Negatives and proofs remain property of Shelley LaLonde and Face Photography and may be used for advertising or display purposes. All U.S. Copyright Laws apply. Unauthorized copying of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Please place your order 2 weeks after you receive proofs along with making the final payment for your order.

Any initial orders not placed within 2 weeks of receiving proofs are subject to a late ordering fee (20% print price increase).

Please note: Face Photography does not retain any negatives for initial orders not placed within 30 days of the session.

Due to printing processes, final prints may appear slightly different that proofs.

Your final prints will be ready for pickup approximately 4 weeks after you place your order. Your negatives/image files will be kept for 3 months for additional order placements. After 3 months there is a fee to retrieve and re-work archived negatives/image files.

We do have a minimum order requirement of $250.00. 24-image original proof book free with $500 purchase.
